1. How do I make a cleaning appointment?

Simply click the 'Book Now' link and fill out the form. Our customer service will send you an email or text.  You can also call (864) 735-7625 to book your cleaning service.

2. What's the next step after I book?

You will receive a confirmation email or text that outlines the services you booked and the appointment date and time. Please review the email or text to verify all the information is correct.

3. Are you a pet friendly service and do your cleaning teams use non-toxic or organic products?

We love animals as much as you do! Our teams are familiar with the proper treatment of dogs, cats and other pets. We also use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please make sure to request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you.

4. Do I need a Deep Clean?

We typically do a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months.  This enables us to establish a baseline that we can then maintain.

5. Are there any services you don't offer?

While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean mold, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.

6. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and/or code and we'll take care of everything!

7. Do you offer a Guarantee?

We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We must be provided at least 72 hours in the event we agree we should come back.

8. Is Elo's Cleaning Services LLC insured?

Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email us at erickbarrios@eloscleaningservices.com and we'll send you our current documentation.

9. How many hours is a typical cleaning service?

There is no set amount of time - it all depends on the current condition of your home. To get a good approximation, take the number of bedrooms in your home and make that into hours. E.g. 2 bedrooms = 2 hours.  Most homes average 2 to 3 hours per regular cleaning and 4 to 5 hours or more for deep cleaning .  Office cleaning varies depending on size of the facilities.

10. When will I be charged?

You will be charged when we have finished your cleaning service.  You can pay  with a credit card or via Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.  We also accept cash and checks.

11. I've never had a cleaning before, does that cost extra?

While we make every effort to keep all homes within a reasonable price; homes that are extra dirty or larger than normal for the given number of bedrooms and bathrooms may incur additional charges.

12. What is your cancellation policy?

We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice.
